Description

As you know I work for the Orange County Sanitation District. We have miles of sewer lines running through Orange County that we service. We also have what are called Diversion Structures. These structures allow us to divert the flow of sewage to other lines.

I want to map the locations of our diversion structures in district number 11 and service intervals to service them more efficiently and to keep up with the flow demands. Then I would like to eventually apply this to our other 10 districts. Some of the data will be gathered from (see log sheet for details) our engineering department (they have been very helpful), some will come from our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and some will come from our GSA (General Services) department.

I have found a book that has all the physical information with a map called District's Diversion Structures and Interconnections.

I also was able to acquire some digitized maps and ARC files.
