LYNN YERBY, INSTRUCTOR

Welcome! Thank you for visiting my website! Come and experience United States History by following my ancestors when they: sailed on the Mayflower, established the English colony in Plymouth, fought for their innocence during the Salem Witch Trials, struggled against the Natives, served in the American Revolutionary War, the Civil War and the War of 1812, explored the western territories, migrated to California in search of gold, punched cattle on the long drives, established California vineyards, along with many more tales. See family heirlooms and photographs. Then try the trivia quiz. My students can download the quiz results and turn them in for extra credit points. These stories are based upon genealogical research passed down through the centuries by my ancestors and by the extensive work done by my grandmother, genealogist Mary Reetha Foley Clancy, the Risley Family Association, and other present family members.

Begin your journey through time by starting with my genealogy. Enjoy! Your comments are welcomed. You may email me by clicking on the email button below or at lyerby@cypresscollege.edu.
